  • Bachelor s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Preference is Mechanical
  • Minimum 3 years in the material handling engineering plastics spare parts business, with familiarity in consumable parts.

  • Ability to connect at cross-functional level
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of Indian regulations, specific local requirements, and usual business practices
  • Good analytical skills, quick learning ability, good team spirit, goal-oriented work style.
  • Professional attitude, highly motivated, well organized, diligent, able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communicative skills
  • open to the intracultural and cross-cultural environment
  • Native Indian / Indian Citizen
  • Fluent English and Hindi in writing and speaking.
  • Good IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project.
  • Open to travel (domestic)
  • Track record of delivering sales within India.
  • Determined, results-driven, with a strong sales drive.
Main Roles Responsibilities
Sales Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the spare parts market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Actively visit customers where required
Technical Support:
  • Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to customers regarding spare parts and components.
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate spare parts based on their specific requirements.
Quoting and Order Management:
  • Prepare and present quotations for spare parts, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to spare parts and orders.
  • Coordinate customer communication and visit customer where necessary
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the engineering and production teams to understand product specifications and availability.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns for spare parts.
Reporting:
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product performance.
