Job Title: Program Manager - IT Staffing Solutions.
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai.
Reports To: CEO.
Shift Time: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST.
Job Overview:.
- As a Program Manager for an IT Staffing company, you will be responsible for overseeing staffing projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality talent solutions.
- You will collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external clients to drive projects toward successful completion while maintaining a focus on quality, timelines, and budget.
- The ideal candidate has a background in IT staffing, program management, and is skilled at aligning staffing strategies with client business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end staffing program lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with recruiting, sales, and delivery teams to ensure timely resource allocation and alignment with client requirements.
- Ensure project tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead regular evaluations of program progress, making necessary adjustments to meet changing client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Monitor industry trends, recommending best practices for internal process improvements and client deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in program management within the IT staffing or recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale staffing programs with multiple clients and high-volume recruitment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- In-depth understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proficiency with staffing and recruitment software, such as ATS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.
