E-Commerce Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Manager with solid experience in managing both e-commerce and Q-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving online sales, optimizing PPC campaigns, and ideally, some experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategies. Your role will be crucial in shaping our digital presence and achieving our growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales and enhance the online customer experience for our FMCG products.
• Platform Management: Oversee the management of our online presence across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and Q-commerce platforms (e.g., Deliveroo, Uber Eats). Ensure optimal performance, site navigation, and user experience.
• PPC Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Ads) to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Sales & Marketing Integration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement online campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that boost traffic and sales.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor e-commerce and Q-commerce metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance and customer retention.
• Customer Experience: Improve the online shopping journey by addressing customer feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience from browsing to checkout.
• D2C Experience: If applicable, leverage any Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) experience to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through personalized experiences and targeted strategies.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to manage inventory, ensure timely product availability, and streamline fulfillment processes.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with the latest e-commerce and Q-commerce trends and technologies. Recommend and implement new tools and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management, including hands-on experience with e-commerce and Q-commerce platforms.
• Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns with a strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategies is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
