Looking For Material Engineer @ Maldives

Role & responsibilities

• Material Engineer with Knowledge in CIVIL + MEP + Interior & civil material knowledge
• Analyzing: - Studying the complete tender document, scope, design basis report, specifications
• Quantity Identify: - Identify the complete material requirement in consultation with QS.
• Inventory: - The complete material list to be identified will be listed with Description / specifications / brands / makes + Quantity + Delivery period.
• Comparing the Compliance: - Collect data from Procurement department and create spreadsheets to compare products and services.
• Submission: - Get the necessary documents for the Vendor / Material approval, based on the agreed checklist. Submit for the Client Approval through QAQC Team.
• Data sheet, MTC, Material Sample, drawing (shop)
• Managing: Keep track of the MR / PR / PO and Ensure materials are delivered on time, within the quality standards prescribed in the Tender / DBR / Specification. All in coordination with the Store.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE/ B.Tech degree in Electrical / Mechanical
• Knowledge of ISO and other standards
• Knowledge in multi-disciplinary projects
• Knowledge of the document checking for accuracy
• Knowledge in software EXCEL, WORK, ACAD, PPT, Adobe Acrobat
