Designation: Management Trainee - Sales
Role Objective:
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who shall be hunting & managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry.
Role Responsibilities:
- Account management & hunting: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of hunting & managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows
- Number driven, should be able to sell the concept
- Persistent selling and should be able to implement Moglix concept
- Project management skills to manage the engagement
Work Experience:
- 0-3 year of account management & hunting experience in B2B/ Industrial/ Manufacturing sectors Industry: Manufacturing and Automobile/ Industrial products Essential Start-up experience would be an added advantage
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills
Education:
- Full-time Graduation from a reputed institute
-MBA from a reputed institute
