Job Description
The Associate Product Analyst at MoEngage is a part of the Product Team and works closely with the Product & Customer facing teams to deep dive into product related problems and present data driven insights for improving product performance, usage and aid in strategic decision making.
Responsibilities
- Develop reporting dashboards with multiple KPIs and monitor them diligently to assess problems and solve them quickly.
- Develop and maintain the ETL process and ensure accurate data is readily available
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to define and track product usage and product performance metrics
- Work closely with Product Stakeholders to present data-backed actionable insights that would aid in tactical as well as strategic product decision making
Education and Experience Required
- Must be a B.Tech or a relevant degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, economics)
- Must have 0.5 2 years experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Product Analyst
- Hands on Experience in SQL and Python
- Hands on Experience in data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.
Good to have
- Experience setting up Data Pipelines & Automation for BI purposes is highly preferred
- Experience with Athena SQL, Github
- Experience working with Product team
- Experience with Automation using Airflow
- Working knowledge of AWS infra
