Executive/ Senior Executive Production

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for lead entire production department to achieve the target production as per production planning schedule with in the budgeted constraints

Responsible for smooth plant operation as per standard procedures.

Responsible for the production planning for spray dryer, dry Blending and Packing.

Responsible for cleaning, hygiene and good manufacturing practices on shop floor.

Responsible for maintain the minimum losses of RM, Semi finish, Packing material losses & MIS Report.

Responsible for Yield of dryer, losses of product and packaging material.

Responsible for manpower handling including blue color on shop floor.

Knowledge of GMP, EHS, HACCP, MIS, ERP, cost optimization, knowledge of Dryer operations

Coordinate with Supply Chain for shortages/material availability of Inputs (RM and PM) on regular basis

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: B. Tech. (Food Technology/Dairy

Experience: 4 to 6 Years
