Job Location - Bhara Pachpera, Pilibhit, Uttarpradesh

Qualification & Experience -

• Diploma /BE /B.Tech Chemical Eng. or Food technology
• Strong knowledge of operations of chemical plant, safety, environment and quality regulations.
• Basic knowledge of Safety and Environment Rules & Regulations
• Key Skills: Strong people management and supervisory Skills, problem solving, decision making, self-reliant, team player
• 3-5 years of experience in Production in Yeast/Distillery/Beverage/Chemical industry Process Industry

Key Role & responsibilities

Operational

• Empowering a team of operators and technicians to deliver production KPIs in full
• Achieve production output as planned in each shift with the right quality levels
• Prevent/minimize downtime during production, work closely with shift engineers
• Optimal use of resources (machines, people) to deliver production targets with maximum productivity
• Coordinate with DCS (Distributed Control System) operators to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
• Handle quality deviation as per set protocols, inform/escalate to department seniors as required
• Conduct pre-production meeting for any critical batch (trial/validation) with Engineering, Quality and ETP team
• Coordinate with Quality team on prompt batch (finished product, intermediate) approvals

Reporting and Communication

• Accountable for accuracy of all production related data, process parameters, batch records
• Report shifts related critical points related to maintenance, quality, people to next shift executive
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication
• Escalate any issue related to Engineering, quality or people to line manager if needed only

Training and Behaviour

• On-the-job training to production operators on process, offline training in production norms and specifications
• Maintain spotless production floor with neat and clean, well-maintained machinery
• Ensure chemicals are handled safely with appropriate PPEs in the production processes
• Emergency response preparedness for all operators, coordinate to conduct mock drills on schedule
• Adhere to safety policy and guidelines, ensure safety of anyone present in the production floor
