Job Title: Business Development Executive (1- 5 Years)

Work Location: Banjara Hills, Road No.2, Hyderabad, Telangana

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring consistent reporting to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads by researching potential prospects and initiating contact via calls, emails, and other methods.
• Schedule product demonstrations and build strong rapport with leads to foster trust and interest.
• Manage and update the CRM system with lead details, interactions, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
• Prepare and share regular reports on lead generation, progress, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Knowledge of lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
