Job Title: Technical Delivery Head SmatBot Solutions

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Delivery Head to lead the technical delivery of chatbot solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies, alongside experience in overseeing end-to-end delivery of chatbot or AI-driven projects. This individual will be responsible for driving the technical strategy, managing the development team, ensuring high-quality solution delivery, and liaising with stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and clients, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead the technical execution and delivery of AI-powered solutions using frontend (React, AngularJS) and backend (Node.js, Python, PHP) technologies.
• Define the technical roadmap, design architecture, and make critical decisions for the development and deployment of chatbots and conversational AI systems. Oversee the integration of various systems, ensuring seamless communication between the frontend, backend, and AI services.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to development teams in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of all deployed solutions.

2. Project Delivery:

• Manage the technical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring that milestones are met, quality standards are upheld, and clients expectations are exceeded.
• Work closely with the project management team to provide clear technical timelines, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as the final point of escalation for technical challenges in the project delivery process, and facilitate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.

3. Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of developers working across frontend (React, AngularJS) and backend (Node.js, PHP, Python) stacks, ensuring clear technical direction and collaboration.
• Foster a collaborative environment for engineers to innovate and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Conduct regular technical reviews, code quality assessments, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards and development methodologies.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring that their technical requirements are met and that the project vision is properly realized.
• Translate client business requirements into technical specifications and lead the team in implementing the solution.
• Present technical updates, risk assessments, and project statuses to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of overall experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in leading technical delivery teams.
• Proven experience in leading technical delivery of AI-driven solutions.
• Solid hands-on experience with both frontend (React, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP).
• Strong experience with API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.

Technical Skills:

Frontend Technologies:

• React.js
• AngularJS
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with responsive design techniques and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

Backend Technologies:

• Proficiency in Node.js for server-side scripting, event-driven architecture, and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of Python for backend development, particularly with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Expertise in PHP for web-based applications and backend API integrations.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Other Skills:

• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI-based systems and chatbots.
• Version control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
