Service Delivery Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Middleware, OS, Applications, DBAs & Databases on Cloud infrastructure.
  
• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of cloud resources.
  
• Monitor system logs and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation for service delivery processes.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in managing Middleware, OS, Applications, DBAs & Databases on Cloud infrastructure.
  
• Strong understanding of DBA activities such as patching, backups, recovery procedures.
