2. Educational Planning

• Help students select subjects and courses based on their career goals and academic strengths.
• Advise students on the academic requirements needed for different careers (e.g., required subjects for specific fields like engineering, medicine, or arts).

3. Career Awareness Programs

• Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures with industry professionals to expose students to various careers.
• Conduct career fairs and job shadowing programs to give students real-world insights into different professions.

4. Psychometric Testing and Assessments

• Administer and interpret aptitude, personality, and career assessment tests to help students understand their strengths and career inclinations.
• Provide feedback and actionable insights based on assessment results.

5. College and Higher Education Support

• Guide students through college application processes, including selecting colleges, filling out applications, and writing essays or personal statements.
• Provide information on scholarships, financial aid, and study abroad opportunities.

6. Parental Engagement

• Conduct sessions for parents to help them understand their childrens career aspirations and academic progress.
• Address parental concerns and provide information on evolving career trends.

7. Soft Skills Development

• Train students in essential soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork to prepare them for the future workplace.
• Offer sessions on interview preparation, resume writing, and networking skills.

8. Tracking Student Progress

• Maintain records of student counseling sessions and career plans to track progress.
• Monitor academic performance and provide interventions or guidance if students are struggling.

9. Emotional and Social Well-being

• Support students with emotional, social, or mental health issues that may impact their career or academic decisions.
