Provide schools with comprehensive instructional coaching driven by data while ensuring curriculum alignment with relevant standards and assessments.
b. Standardize and disseminate teaching and learning practices review existing practices, introduce new initiatives, and implement best practices across the group.
c. Maintain parity between school processes across different schools while respecting individual differences.
d. Regularly upgrade the curriculum to ensure content meets quality standards.
e. Develop new academic programs by integrating learning technologies into teaching.
f. Create unique and interactive educational programs and courses for students.
g. Organize regular school audits (internal & external) to ensure the implementation of effective systems and processes. Academic audits for all three MVN schools (Sec 17, Sec 88, and Aravali) will be conducted twice during the academic year.
h. Analyze monthly academic data, including:

• Syllabus completion
• Internal and external examinations
• Result analysis and progress of the bottom 10 students
• Skill development training
• Co-scholastic training RoleRole & responsibilities
