Role & responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement the schools vision, mission, and educational objectives.

2. Provide leadership and guidance to teachers, administrative staff, and students.

3. Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and accreditation requirements.

4. Oversee curriculum development and ensure high academic standards.

5. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

6. Manage staff recruitment, training, and professional development.

7. Supervise and evaluate teachers to enhance instructional quality and student performance.

8. Develop and manage the schools budget and resources efficiently.

9. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and the school community.

10. Implement discipline policies and ensure a structured school environment.

11.Organize extracurricular activities to promote student engagement and holistic development.

12. Establish partnerships with local and international educational organizations.

13. Monitor student progress and implement strategies for academic improvement.

14. Address concerns of students, parents, and staff effectively and diplomatically.

15. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in education.

Preferred candidate profile :

1. Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in teaching and school administration.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

4. In-depth knowledge of educational policies, curriculum development, and school operations.

5. Familiarity with technology integration in education.
