Project Architect

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer - Real Estate

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our team for our various project in Mumbai, Thane & MMR. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all phases of architectural work, from initial concept through construction administration. This role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop briefs for new developments and coordinate the appointment of Design Architect / Consultants.
• Design buildings, plotted developments, and interiors according to project briefs for inhouse projects.
• Manage projects from initial design stages through to handover and the end of the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
• Coordinate with inhouse departments, external consultants, and onsite teams to ensure project alignment.
• Check, coordinate and clarify Good for Construction drawing received from Architect & consultant before issue of the same to site for execution.
• Identify and resolve issues related to projects in collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
• Maintain updated records of drawings and project data.

Experience:-

15 to 20 years of experience in architectural practice.

Added Value in Experience:

Knowledge of DCPR 2034 & UDCPR

Familiarity with AutoDCR (Automated Building Plan Approval System).

Experience working with developers in the architectural field.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Registration with the Council of Architecture (B.Arch)

Extensive experience and thorough knowledge of redevelopment projects in Mumbai,

Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp for presentations and submissions.
