Role & responsibilities

• Direct the production of construction documents, drawings and specifications
• Developed design ideas and create design presentations.
• Preparation of working drawings.
• Statutory clearance coordination Preparation of working drawings with Govt. agencies.
• Receiving the queries from site engineers and its compliance of issues of target areas in coordination with Design Consultant.
• Conducting and coordinating the events of design review meeting with design consultant.
• Built CAD drawings based on information provided by customers and engineers
• Prepared conceptual 3D views
• Conducted studies and special projects on space planning, structural analysis, design feasibility and other related architectural engineering issues.
• Provided technical expertise and guidance in preparation of efficient datasets, layouts, work statements, drawings and delivery schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience of 12 TO 15 Years

Qualification: B.Arch

Must have experience in High Rise Building construction and real estate industry.
