Senior Researcher AI

Role & responsibilities

Research Assistance: Support senior researchers in conducting AI-related research, literature reviews, and experiments.

Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and process data for AI model development, perform data analysis, and assist in dataset preparation.

Algorithm Development: Contribute to the design and development of AI algorithms, models, or frameworks.

Experimentation and Testing: Assist in running experiments, testing AI models, and analysing results to improve performance.

Documentation and Reporting: Document research findings, write reports, and contribute to research publications or technical papers.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and other researchers.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MSc IT with Machine Learning, or related fields. Higher degrees might be preferred for more advanced roles.

Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or others commonly used in AI research.

AI Fundamentals: Understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, neural networks, and AI concepts.

Research Experience: Demonstrated experience in AI research through academic projects, internships, or research publications.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, analyze results, and propose solutions.

Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to document findings, present results, and collaborate effectively.

Domain Knowledge: Knowledge in specific AI domains like computer vision and artificial intelligence.

Experience with Tools and Libraries: Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, YOLO or others relevant to the specific research area.

Ethics and Compliance: Awareness of ethical considerations in AI research, data privacy, and compliance with regulations.
