Assistant Product Manager / Scrum Master

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scrum Master or Assistant Product Manager. Responsibilities:

• Documentation & Communication: Crafting clear, concise, and actionable documentation and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders.
• Progress Tracking: Utilize tools like Jira to monitor and report project progress, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Agile Practices: Aspire to grow as a Scrum Master by participating in all product-related meetings and discussions, fostering an agile mind-set.
• Product/Project Management Experience: Assist in managing the product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and delivery.
• Basic Tech Knowledge: Possess foundational knowledge of tech stacks and educational qualifications related to technology.
• Ownership Mind-set: Take full responsibility for assigned tasks, actively identify process improvements, and implement best practices.

Required Skills:

• Scrum Master Certification: Having a certification in Scrum or Agile practices is preferred.
• Coaching Skills: Train team members on effective platform usage and promote agile principles.
• Change Management: Handle changes in resources, priorities, and project scopes effectively.
• Integration Experience: Experience with tools like GitHub and integrating it with Jira for better workflow.
• Metrics & KPI Reporting: Track and report lead times, cycle times, and ensure accountability for new developments, bugs, and critical errors.
• QA Experience: Experience in QA automation or manual testing is a plus.
• Industry-Specific Experience: Familiarity with our industrys processes and challenges.
• Soft Skills Training: Ability to train team members on interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration).
