This role will use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Experience in release management or testing will added advantage to this role.
This role will be work closely with the SDM and act as an interface and communicate with DEV and Test Managers, IT Ops and the PMO daily and also collaborate with Release managers in APAC releases. Equally the role will be required to demonstrate confidence enough to manage up and provide reporting as well as meeting updates to the Senior IT Management like the CIO and CTO as well as business management

Ensuring all scrum based activities are completed in a timely manner, including defining and organising Scrum roles, sprint planning, daily scrum/ standups, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
Strategic Focus
Manage each project s scope, timeline and budgets.
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
Operational Management
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
Help teams implement changes effectively.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.
People Leadership
Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
Governance & Risk
Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

Experience & Personal Attributes
Experience
Certified Scrum Master.
Overall 5+ years of experience in Technology and minimum 2 years as a Scrum Master or similar role.
Possess excellent knowledge of agile methodology, techniques and frameworks including scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables.
