Field Service Technician ( For Karnataka)

On-Site Service: Visit client locations to perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of Machine.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Technical Support: Provide guidance and technical support to customers regarding proper use, care, and maintenance of products or systems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate service logs, work orders, and detailed reports of activities performed during field visits.
• Customer Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the service provided.
• Spare Parts Management: Identify and recommend spare parts or replacements required to resolve issues.
• Training: Provide training or demonstrations to customers on equipment operation and safety guidelines when necessary.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all company and industry safety protocols while on-site.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., support, sales, and logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Product Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product quality or service processes.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or a degree in [Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or relevant field] is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience as a field service technician or similar role is advantageous.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of equipment, systems, or machinery relevant to the industry.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in different environments and handle challenging situations.
• Driving License: Valid drivers license is required.
