Regional Head Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement:Setting and achieving sales targets for their team by developing and executing sales plans to maximize market penetration and product distribution.
• Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service to retain business.
• Team Leadership: Training, and motivating a sales team to achieve individual and collective goals, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Market Analysis:Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Product Knowledge:Possessing in-depth knowledge of the liquor portfolio, including product features, benefits, pricing, and regulations to effectively present and promote products to customers.
• Sales Presentations:Delivering compelling presentations to potential customers, showcasing product benefits and highlighting value propositions to secure new business.
• Trade Marketing:Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional activities, point-of-sale materials, and marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.
• Compliance Management:Ensuring adherence to all liquor laws and regulations, including age verification, responsible serving practices, and reporting requirements.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis:Tracking sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and generating reports to identify areas for improvement and inform future sales strategies.
• Distribution Network Management:Managing relationships with distributors, ensuring efficient product delivery, and resolving any distribution issues

Preferred candidate profile

They should have minimum bachelor's degree in related field, such as business or marketing, and experience in the liquor industry. They should also have strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
