Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations for our beauty and cosmetics products in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, driving growth, and managing a team in the cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage regional sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and motivation to the sales team.
• Regular reporting to senior management on sales performance and key metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and regional management within the beauty and cosmetics industry (minimum 5 years).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel as required by the role.
