Opening For Lease Abstraction

Mobius is looking for Lease Abstraction who is interested to work in a fast-paced environment.

Subject: Lease Abstraction

Job Requirements:

• Graduate with 1-4 Years of experience in lease abstraction, commercial real estate or property management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with lease management software will be preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a BPO/Shared Services environment with exposure to Global Clients
