About the Job:


As an International Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with decision-makers, understand their business needs, and showcase how our product can provide tailored solutions.


Responsibilities:


Conduct market research, trends, competitors and customer analysis.

Deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors to target needs and drive sales.

Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.

Directs sales processes to generate revenue.

Conduct inbound/outbound calls (Audio/Video) promptly and professionally.

Identify customer needs, provide effective solutions, and explore upselling opportunities

Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers, going the extra mile to exceed their expectations.

Qualify and prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, cold calling, and follow-ups.

Identify key decision-makers within target businesses and establish connections.

Document all customer interactions and relevant information accurately in the CRM system.


Qualifications:


Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical, networking, and management abilities.

Demonstrated success in evangelizing and selling new products in new market environments.

Proficient in modern sales methods and tools, leveraging technology for productivity.

Familiarity with online sales and sales software.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of relevant sales experience in sms industry.

Experience working with CRM systems.
