Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, customers, or leads, providing them with product or service information, and addressing any inquiries they may have. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales or service targets.

• Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers or leads to introduce products/ services, explain features, answer queries, and generate interest.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team or close sales as needed.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain Call Records: Keep accurate records of conversations, customer feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system or database.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets or call quotas.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Follow-up: Follow up with leads or customers to nurture relationships and ensure timely closure of sales or issue resolution.
• Reporting: Report daily/weekly performance metrics, feedback, and suggestions for process improvement to management.
