About the job:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive assist our customers in solving, when using our products and services.
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with clients to achieve business objectives and maintain customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring the successful delivery of products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for business expansion.
Responsibilities:
1) Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and business goals.
2) Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
3) Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the smooth delivery of products or services to clients.
4) Develop a deep understanding of the organization's products or services and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
5) Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients to drive revenue growth.
6) Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
7) Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
8) Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's CRM system.
9) Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for client retention and expansion.
Requirements:
1) Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer relationship management (fresher can also be eligible for this position).
2) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
3) Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
4) Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and business objectives
5) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
6) Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tool
7) Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
8) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9) Need to be versatile to work in any condition without hesitation
