Job Description
We are looking for a Security Operations Engineer with up to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FortiGate firewalls, Cisco ISE, Zscaler L2, and PKI management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Operations Expertise : Provide L3 support and manage enterprise security infrastructure, including FortiGate firewalls, Cisco ISE, and Zscaler L2.
- Security System Deployment : Plan, deploy, and maintain security systems like VPNs, firewalls, and load balancers in line with IT security policies.
- Incident Response & Root Cause Analysis : Perform root cause analysis, risk identification, and risk mitigation for security incidents.
- Zscaler & PKI Experience : Must have hands-on experience in supporting and deploying Zscaler SASE (L2) and managing Public Key Infrastructure, including internal and external certificate management.
- Networking & Security Knowledge : Strong background in networking, including firewalls, proxies, and load balancers.
- Customer Onboarding & Support : Lead team efforts to onboard new customers and provide ongoing network security support.
- Documentation & Collaboration : Maintain high standards of documentation and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Customer Relations : Develop positive relationships with clients of varying size and complexity, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Self-Motivation & Problem-Solving : Exhibit a strong drive for self-management, be proactive in identifying solutions, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewalls , Cisco ISE , Zscaler (L2), and PKI .
- Strong networking skills, including experience with load balancers and proxies.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage security incidents efficiently.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving expertise, with the ability to determine root causes in a collaborative or independent setting.
