Job Description

Executive Order to Cash

Responsibilities

Responsible for Invoice preparation as per instructions from Revenue team.

Responsible for e-invoicing through Government portals

Responsible for updation of the invoice trackers

Responsible for accounting of invoices and other accounting transactions.

Adherence to accounting principles and company policies & close calendars and quality compliances

Adherence to timelines defined for Invoicing processing

Handle queries of internal stakeholders and Customers in the responsible areas

Essential Skills

Knowledge in Invoice Accounting with operations knowledge of popular systems (Oracle Fusion/ PeopleSoft / SAP etc.), processes and practices

Good understanding of GST applicability and compliance requirements

Customer service orientation with a focus on establishing and maintaining customer service culture

Good Excel skills

Essential Qualification

B. com graduate 2 + years of which relevant experience can be 1+ years.
