Job Description
Functional Implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance modules which include but not restricted to, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash and Bank Management, and Tax.
Participating in Functional design and translating Business requirement to functional flows within D365 for Finance modules.
Participate in the management of the ERP system life cycle, including performing analysis (where applicable), driving software architecture and design, development, integration and unit testing for major, minor and maintenance releases
Ability to analyse and determine how D365 Finance can best meet client s requirements and objectives
Create, refine, and implement Functional design and industry best practices
Maintain / Develop functional flows for various application integration with third party and legacy/back-end systems
Excellent functional documentation skills, may assist in providing client support and consultation and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions at client sites
Provide functional direction regarding solution design and development
Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 releases to leverage new features and improvements.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use Dynamics 365 Finance.
Collaborate with other architects and functional consultants/Technical consultants to form best practices.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business & technical teams internally along with partners and suppliers/vendors externally
Provide supervision and direction to consultants (May assume project management responsibilities as required)
Provide post-implementation support to resolve any issues or user queries.
Provide status reports showing progress in clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
Good English skills (written and verbal), other languages welcome depending on location
Very communicative to work with internal and external resources
Hands-on, committed, team player with a clear emphasis being able to work independently, driven and enthusiastic.
Self-motivated to continuously expand personal, professional knowledge. Professional with good organisational skills.
Experience
Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in D365 Finance.
2+ years of experience in a leadership position
Experience with successful implementations ( at least 4 end to end implementation and support experience on projects)
Full lifecycle implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Thorough knowledge of out of the box functional concepts like O2C, P2P, Advanced bank reconciliation, management reporter, COA, Cash flow forecast, Vendor payment process automation, Vendor prepayment, Credit and collection process, Product information management, posting profiles, procurement process, Fixed asset transactions, Electronic reporting, Tax related setups, Tax declaration, excel add in, Intrastat, EU Sales list, etc.
Ability to work in both team environment and as an individual contributor.
Hands on experience in key Dynamics 365 Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Tax, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash and Bank Management and Tax.
Knowledge of Azure Devops.
Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance would be well regarded.
Valid Microsoft functional certifications would be an added advantage.
Relevant Microsoft D365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-500) are highly preferred.
