About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Node.js Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in backend development and a keen interest in building scalable, high-performance web applications.

As a Node.js Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Node.js and related frameworks.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs or GraphQL services for seamless client-server communication.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code, following best practices.

- Debug and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.

- Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL to design and manage data storage solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and team discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and frameworks to improve the development process.

Skills and Qualifications :

Core Skills :

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript (preferred).

- Solid experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.

- Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs.

Database Management :

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e., MongoDB).

- Familiarity with SQL databases (e., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Development Practices :

- Understanding of MVC architecture and design principles.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.

Other Tools and Technologies :

- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker (optional).

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (optional).

Educational Qualifications :
