Job Description:

- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Presales Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting product demos, following up on leads, and building relationships with prospective clients locally in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct live demos of our application and explain product features to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor demos based on client requirements.

- Follow up on qualified leads to move them through the sales pipeline.

- Reach out to prospective leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach.

- Identify customer needs, answer questions, and address concerns throughout the sales process.

- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.

- Maintain relationships with existing clients for potential upsell opportunities.

- Keep track of lead status and update C1RM systems regularly.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer success roles.

- Strong understanding of business software (knowledge of CRM and Slack is a plus).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and simplified manner.

- Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up techniques.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience working in the tech or consulting industry is a plus.
