Business Analyst

• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for mobile and web applications.
  
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and project management.
  
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to inform application development.
  
• Develop and maintain process maps, data flow diagrams, and other technical documentation.
  
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Conduct testing and qualify assurance to ensure applications meet requirements.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile and web application development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development, preferably in mobile and web applications.
  
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  
• Experience with requirements gathering, technical writing, and stakeholder management.
  
• Strong technical skills, including data analysis and visualization.

Nice to have:

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
  
• Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript)
  
• Certification in Business Analysis or related field (CBAP, CCBA)
