Job Description
- Solid communication skills with the ability to interact with CxO-level stakeholders.
- Ability to understand the business requirements and document the same in detail.
- Work closely with the engineering to identify challenges in the implementation of features.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, and provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process
- Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates
- Must have experience working on large-scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
- Should have an MBA degree.
- An experience of 2 to 5 years in IT.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Worked in Agile methodology.
- Know Jira or Confluence
- Good to have knowledge or exposure to visualization tools
