Job Description
- Gathering and eliciting customer requirement
- Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes in the form of use case or user stories
- Preparing the BRDs (Business Requirement Document)
- Managing and tracking all change requests
- Acting as a liaison between Product Managers, development and testing teams in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of the product/application
- Participating in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality
- Identifying opportunities for improving business processes and assisting in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems
- Reviewing test cases and test results
- Providing support during UAT and assisting with deployment and roll out process
- CTC: As per industry standards
01 Preferred requirements
- Ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Ability to adapt to changing prioritiesProficiency in requirements management and traceability tools.
- Exposure in lead generation and coming up with high-quality leads
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including email marketing, calls and Google Ads.
- Candidates from Kerala are preferred
02 Minimum requirements
- Any Degree
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and strong negotiation skills
- Documentation skills
- Organization skills
- Should work independently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create detailed business process models and diagrams
- Proven experience in supporting pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client engagement
