Technical Writer (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in Hosur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and the ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for various technical products and services. This role requires excellent writing skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, system specifications, and online help.

- Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand the technical details of products and services.

- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and easy to understand for the target audience.

- Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to enhance the understanding of technical content.

- Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure consistency and adherence to style guidelines.

- Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content.

- Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on feedback and product updates.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Technical Writer, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong technical understanding and the ability to grasp complex technical concepts.

- Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
