- Achieving the Admissions & Revenue AOP for all the schools.

- Responsible for designing strategies with focus on maximizing performance, driving growth & generating revenue.

- Manage and Maintain operating budget, set functional review schedules and establish procedures for business continuity & growth.

- Devise, design and implement various ATL and BTL marketing campaigns and strategy through various mediums.

- Developing & streamlining systems to enhance operational effectiveness & meet operational goal within the budget, time & quality parameter.

- Foster relations with school team for smooth and efficient running of the self-managed schools

- Abiding and adhering to all state compliances, CBSE guidelines and affiliation process
