Content Creator - Sports (4-5 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Content Creator - Sports to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and a proven ability to create engaging, high-quality content across various digital platforms. This role will involve developing original sports content, analyzing sports trends, and building a strong community of sports enthusiasts. Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation : Produce original, engaging sports content, including articles, videos, social media posts, and live coverage, to attract and engage target audiences.

Social Media Management : Manage sports-related content across social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), driving engagement and follower growth.

Sports Analysis : Stay updated with the latest sports news, trends, and events, and create timely content to capitalize on trending topics.

Audience Engagement : Build a strong community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and encouraging discussions around sports topics.

Collaborations : Work with other teams, such as marketing and graphics, to ensure consistent and visually appealing content aligned with brand standards.

Performance Tracking : Monitor content performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategies and increase audience engagement.

Event Coverage : Attend live events or virtual sports events, creating on-the-go content and providing real-time updates when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 4 years in content creation, ideally within the sports industry.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

Writing Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and creating engaging sports content.

Digital Media Proficiency : Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content creation tools (such as Adobe Suite, Canva).

Sports Knowledge : In-depth understanding of various sports, key players, teams, and the sports industry as a whole.

Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze content performance and apply insights to improve engagement and reach.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in sports journalism or digital media.
