Job Description:
- We are looking for a passionate and experienced Community Manager to build, grow, and manage our brand's online and offline communities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in community management, particularly in the Telecom (Mobile Handset) and Automotive industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage online and offline communities.
- Manage forums, social media platforms, and other communication channels to foster community interaction.
- Organize and manage community events, meetups, and user engagement programs.
Content & Communication:
- Create and curate engaging content tailored for the community.
- Address community questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop FAQs, newsletters, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for community members.
Brand Advocacy & Relationship Management:
- Act as the voice of the brand and establish strong relationships with community members.
- Collaborate with brand ambassadors, influencers, and industry experts to enhance community engagement.
- Monitor and manage brand reputation across various platforms.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze community growth, engagement, and feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve community strategies.
- Report on key community metrics and user sentiment.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align community efforts with business objectives.
- Assist in product launches, promotions, and user feedback collection.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in community management.
- Proven expertise in managing online forums, social media groups, and offline community engagement.
- Strong understanding of the Telecom (Mobile Handset) and Automotive industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling crisis management and resolving community-related issues.
- Ability to analyze trends and community insights to drive engagement.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in community management tools and social media platforms.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience in managing communities for a mobile handset or automotive brand.
- Familiarity with online reputation management tools.
- Event planning and execution experience.
