Functional Consultant - D365 F&O (Finance & Operations)

- We are looking for a knowledgeable Functional Consultant - D365 F&O to join our team in Delhi.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, along with relevant experience in implementing and supporting ERP solutions.

- You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure that the implemented solutions meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders to recommend appropriate D365 F&O solutions.

- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules to align with client needs.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on the functionalities of D365 F&O.

- Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate system integration and data migration.

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O issues.

- Develop documentation, including functional specifications, training materials, and user guides.

- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

- Assist in project planning, scoping, and execution to ensure successful project delivery.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes and system capabilities.
