Key Responsibilities:
- The role involves leading the configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Global Time, Self-Service, and Bank Details for organizations across regions including Azerbaijan and Panama, ensuring configurations align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their HR and talent management needs, conducting workshops, and designing payroll and HR solutions are essential aspects of the position.
- The consultant will develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate module configurations for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring seamless functionality by troubleshooting and resolving issues during the testing phase.
- Conducting training sessions for end-users and support teams to drive adoption, as well as providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system enhancements, are integral to the role.
- Additionally, the position requires documenting configuration changes, test results, and support procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintaining a robust knowledge base.
- Staying up-to-date with SuccessFactors updates, enhancements, and best practices, while recommending improvements for HR processes, will be expected.
- The consultant will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration, with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC).
- A valid SAP EC certification is mandatory, along with proficiency in configuring payroll and HR solutions for diverse geographies, including regulatory compliance expertise.
- The role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to simplify complex processes, and excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-driven and highly organized, the candidate must manage multiple priorities under pressure while demonstrating a curious mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client-focused results
