Job Description:
- We are seeking a results-driven Growth Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, lead generation, and account management within a SaaS environment. This role will focus on driving sales growth and expanding our market presence internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Cold Calling:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Sales Process Management:
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients.
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Growth:
- Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, actively identifying new market opportunities to enhance revenue.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the international market to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Skills Required:
Sales Experience:
- Must have previous work experience as a Growth Manager or in a similar role with a focus on lead generation, cold calling, deal closure, and account management.
Proven Track Record:
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and consistently meeting or exceeding targets, particularly in a B2B environment.
International Market Understanding:
- Deep understanding of international markets, enabling effective targeting and engagement with potential clients.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly to stakeholders.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, particularly within SaaS-based companies.
