Pega Developer - CLM/KYC (8-10 yrs)

We are hiring an experienced Pega Developer specializing in Pega CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) and KYC (Know Your Customer) with CSSA certification. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega PSA, CLM, and KYC frameworks and a background in designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications. This role requires a deep understanding of Pega platform architecture, CLM/KYC workflows, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Design and develop applications using Pega CLM and KYC frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Workflow Optimization : Implement and optimize KYC workflows to improve customer lifecycle management processes.

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Solution Design : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and develop functional workflows that enhance business processes.

- System Integration : Integrate Pega applications with external systems to ensure seamless data flow and comprehensive customer lifecycle management.

- Testing and Troubleshooting : Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Pega applications to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, workflows, and integration points to support future enhancements and team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Core Skills : Strong expertise in Pega PSA, CLM, KYC, and related technologies.

- Certification : CSSA certification is a must.

- Experience : 8+ years of experience in Pega application development, with specific experience in CLM and KYC.

- Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in Pega's architecture, including rules management, data flows, integration, and security.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Additional Pega certifications or experience with advanced Pega tools.
