AI/ML Engineer - R/Python/Tensorflow (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for a talented AI ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models in production.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Utilize GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and Big Query for data processing and model deployment.

- Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability.

- Monitor and maintain model performance, retraining models as necessary.

- Conduct experiments and leverage data to improve existing solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and methodologies.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience in AI and ML with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.

- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and R.

- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks like Tensor Flow.

- Experience with GCP and Big Query for data handling and processing.

- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Experience with additional tools and technologies related to data analytics and visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
