SOC Engineer - SIEM Tools (1-3 yrs)

Job Description :

- Security Monitoring: Monitor security alerts and incidents using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools to detect and respond to threats in real-time.

- Incident Response: Analyze and respond to security incidents, performing investigations to determine the root cause and mitigating any identified vulnerabilities.

- Threat Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends, leveraging threat intelligence to enhance the security posture of the organization.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure that security policies and procedures are effectively integrated into the organization's operations.

- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on security incidents and vulnerabilities, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements regarding information security.

Key Skills :

- Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar).

- Basic understanding of network protocols and security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
