Technical Analyst - .Net Applications (4-8 yrs)

We are looking for a skilled Technical Analyst (Dot Net Support) to join our team in Bangalore or Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for .NET applications. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support for .NET applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high-quality service delivery.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and service requests related to .NET technologies.

- Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and fix software bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges.

- Monitor application performance, identifying trends and potential issues proactively.

- Assist in the implementation of application updates and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to service.

- Document technical processes, procedures, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and improve team efficiency.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.

- Participate in project-related activities, including system integration, testing, and deployment.

- Stay updated on the latest developments in .NET technologies and related tools, applying best practices to improve support processes.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 8 years of experience in a technical support role focused on .NET applications.

- Strong knowledge of .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.

- Familiarity with SQL Server and database management concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Experience with support tools and ticketing systems for issue tracking and management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices is a plus.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
