Executive - Inside Sales - Consumer Goods (2-4 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, and social media) to generate leads and promote consumer goods.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills Required :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the consumer goods market and trends is an advantage.
