Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction.
