Job Title: Customer Relations Manager (Sales)
Location: Bangalore
About Us:
- We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Relations Manager (CRM) to join our team.
- As a CRM, you will be the bridge between our customers and the organization, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and complaints across multiple communication channels (email, phone, social media).
- Monitor customer feedback and address issues proactively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Collaboration & Optimization:
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Product Development) to optimize the customer experience journey.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback from customer interactions to improve products, services, and processes.
Data Analysis & Strategy:
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective customer retention initiatives, including loyalty programs and customized marketing campaigns.
Knowledge Management:
- Stay updated on industry trends, CRM tools, and best practices to enhance processes and ensure a competitive edge.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a successful track record in customer relations and retention strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Finance).
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle challenging client situations with patience and empathy.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing demand generation and sales.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT projects in government departments.
- Soft skills such as adaptability, empathy, and a proactive approach.
