Manager - Transfer Pricing

Job Overview:

As a Manager within our Transfer Pricing team, you will play a key role in solving complex business issues and ensuring smooth operational execution. You will support the development of the Transfer Pricing Practice while fostering your own professional growth and leadership skills.

Role Description:

You will be responsible for overseeing intercompany pricing arrangements among related business entities, including intellectual property, tangible goods, services, Advance Pricing Agreements, and financial transactions. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality results and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Support client relationships by providing strategic advice and addressing transfer pricing issues. Prepare and review client deliverables to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Practice Support: Contribute to the development of the Transfer Pricing Practice by assisting in implementing best practices and participating in thought leadership initiatives.

Team Support and Development: Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Monitor team performance and ensure that project goals are met.

Business Development: Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities. Participate in proposals, webinars, seminars, and presentations to prospective clients.

Risk Management: Help assess and mitigate risks associated with client engagements to ensure compliance and quality.

Transfer Pricing Compliance: Support the preparation and review of CTDF, Local Files, Master Files, and other transfer pricing filings in line with GCC regulations. Ensure all compliance deadlines are met.

Transfer Pricing Advisory: Prepare and review advisory recommendations, ensuring alignment with relevant tax regulations and deadlines.

Qualifications And Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
• A masters degree in tax or accounting is a plus.
• A professional certification in accounting or tax (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, ADIT, CTA) is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a tax or accounting firm, with at least 2-4 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
