Marsh & McLennan - Senior Manager - Investments - Portfolio Intelligence (2-5 yrs)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our investment team at Marsh McLennan.

This role will be based in Mumbai.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

- Portfolio Intelligence - As part of our Global Portfolio Intelligence team, the successful candidate will play a key role in the transformation of our investment capabilities globally.

We will count on you to:.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders for development of investment management tools.

- Lead development of tools and processes to aid investment decision making.

- Develop enterprise-wide platforms to house investment models and tools.

- Act as a conduit between business and Information technology.

- Scale and uplift existing investment management infrastructure.

- What you need to have: MBA/ BE/ B Tech from a top tier college and/or master's in finance / financial engineering / Quantitative Finance.

- 4-5 years of in team management experience preferably in asset / wealth management.

- Knowledge of Factor modelling, portfolio theory and portfolio analytics is a must.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with proven track record of implementing scalable solutions.

- Experience in portfolio analytics with ability to influence internal stakeholders.
